Single Cell Genomics – Computational Biologist

Application deadline:

We are looking for a Computational Biologist to contribute to our efforts to delineate mechanisms of immuno-therapy (clinical trials). We are looking for an enthusiastic computational scientist, motivated to improve our understanding of immune cell function and to positively impact on cancer patient prognosis. The candidate will be integrated in the Single Cell Genomics Team, a highly collaborative, international work environment with well-experienced colleagues in single-cell data production and analysis. The position is supported through an EU-funded ERC project. The projects the candidates will be involved aim to understand the molecular and cellular basis of immuno-therapy action by applying multi-omics single-cell characterisation of immune and neoplastic cells, profiled throughout the course of the disease (including therapy).
